Corinna Trione

Head Chef, Sous Chef and Chef de Partie at Sacred Food.
Corinna is a self-taught chef, solid in her italian roots and enthusiastic about worldwide cuisine. Her passion for food brought her to Gozo (Malta), where she grew a lot, moving from her initial and more individual project “Corinna Om Restaurant”, to “Sacred Food”.
With Sacred Food she finally embodies something that goes way beyond herself. As the name says, it’s all about “food”. Not just a business: Sacred Food is a lifestyle; a celebration; a choice made every day, for ourself as much as for the planet. In this perspective, eating also becomes a moment of self acknowledgment and connection with our own body. Corinna says,
“I love to challenge myself, the kitchen is my playground and cooking is my practice.”
